My name is Sydney Fletcher and I am the Assistant Director of Children's Ministry and the Director of Communication. I moved to California from the east coast in 2017 where I joined the PCN staff as a children’s ministry intern. In 2019, I became the Assistant Director of Children's Ministry and in 2022 I took on the job of Director of Communication as well.
As the Assistant Director of Children's Ministry, I work closely with Sally Carbonaro on all children’s ministry related activities, like VBS and Seekers!
As the Director of Communication, I manage our website, database, worship production tech, safety policies, social media, and other promotional content.

 

There is nothing that is more fulfilling and life-giving than being able to serve the children in our community. I believe in having the church be a safe and welcoming environment, where kids can be themselves.    
I love being a part of this church, the people are some of the kindest and most selfless people I have ever known. They truly show God's love to everyone.

In my free time, I love to read books, go thrift store shopping, and spend time with my family! A fun fact about me is that I am a triplet, the oldest by 13 minutes!
