About the Author
Sydney Fletcher
My name is Sydney Fletcher and I am the Director of Family Ministry. Since moving from the East Coast and joining the PCN staff as an intern in 2017, I have had the joy of growing alongside this community. After serving in various roles, including Assistant Director of Children’s Ministry and Director of Communication, I am honored to now serve as the Director of Family Ministry.
In this role, I partner with parents, volunteers, and staff to support children, youth, and families from first connection through a deeper relationship with God! I manage all our children and youth programs and opportunities like Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Grace Generation, and youth group!
There is nothing that is more fulfilling and life-giving than being able to serve the children and youth in our community. I believe in making the church a safe and welcoming environment where kids can be themselves and learn about how much God loves them.
I love being a part of this church; the people are some of the kindest and most selfless people I have ever known. They truly show God's love to everyone.
When I am not at church, you’ll likely find me curled up with a book, hunting for treasures at a local thrift store, or spending time with my family and my pets. A fun fact about me is that I am a triplet, the oldest by 13 minutes!
